Hello everyone, I'm back with another great workout tip. I'm always on the lookout for great ideas that allow me to switch up my workout. If you are like me and you need something that has little to no impact on your knees, this one is for you! I've now done this one for 3 weeks and I can say that not only is it doable, but it is something that you can be consistent with. I love the fact that it doesn't have someone constantly shouting at me, hence the no noise, and that I don't have to have equipment to get started.
